Case management technology has been taken to the next level through our internet based application FileLynx, a web-based, real time system. FileLynx allows clients to instantly view their file progress.

The technology was designed and powered by globalOnyx, so that everything can be viewed from a desktop computer without the need for a media player, and can be viewed even if secured behind a company firewall. In accordance with PIPEDA, all information is uploaded and made available only through a secure web site.
